Valid Invoice: To claim warranty services, you must provide a valid invoice as proof of purchase.
Warranty Period: The warranty begins from the purchase date specified on the invoice.
Warranty Services: During the warranty period, warranty services and replacements for covered defects and malfunctions will be provided.
Exceptions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.
Company Rights: The company reserves the right to determine warranty terms and services for its products, including refusing to accept any product bearing a serial number purchased from one of the company’s branches in another country, even at a financial cost.
