- Main Unit (1 Year): warranty covers the frame, hub motor, controller, steering wheel, scooter handlebars, control panel, rear axle, brakes, disc brake system, fork, front fork control system, transmission system, and brake cable.
- External Parts (6 Months): warranty includes tires, kickstand, taillights, handlebar grips, battery compartment cover, footrest, charging port, and rubber gasket.
- Accessories (3 Months): warranty covers the battery, power supply, brake lever, transmission, anti-collision strip, and headlights.
